I just received this summary of WOW.  It was  nicely concise, yet Rita touched on a number of aspects of an older adult ministry that makes them especially important;  Getting out of the house; meeting people; exercise; interesting programs; good food; and pleasant servers!

I thoroughly enjoy the WOW program.  It gets me out of the house and meeting new people.  I wish my own Church had such a program.  I heard about this one through a neighbor and am so glad I did.  The programs they have are thoroughly very interesting.   The exercise we do helps my poor body since I am very lax about doing them at home. 

I must tell you about our lunches!!  I have been to three area Sr. Centers around where I live and they can NOT compare with the meals we get at the Church. 

The Church ladies give us really delicious lunches and come to our tables and serve us!  At other places we have to line up and take what they give us!!  Do you understand what I am trying to say here??

(Yes I do, Rita.  We all appreciate being treated as if we truly matter.
